Founder & President USA Cricket Academy (since 1999).
USA cricket academy, achieved Global and Regional awards from the ICC & ICC Americas in 2003 and 2004 for the Best Junior Development Initiative (first ever academy or youth program in USA to receive such awards)
USA Global cricket academy (revised name during 2014) conducted more tours compared to all academies in USA during last two decades and academy nurtured almost entire team except captain with the full support for the first ever U19 USA team to world cup during 2006. He served as manager for USA U19 world cup team and many other academy and regional tournaments in USA.
Recently nominated for Cricket hall of Fame for the class of 2023
